Prayer works? The Trump administration, which has thoughts and prayers up the wazoo, cut funding in Minnesota for efforts to identify potential mass shooters and head off their violence a month before the shooter opened fire on the children in a church. 

Pray all you want while not merely doing nothing about the problem but actually aggravating it? God is not happy.
